Types of Winding in Transformer ⚡⚡

So we must have thought of winding types used in Electrical devices like Transformer.

Here are all of it you should know:

Transformer is usually divided by its types of core used on which winding is to be done.

1. Core type- In this type winding is done at outer limbs of the core.

2. Shell type- In this type winding is done at the inner limbs of the core.

Concentric type winding are done in devices like Transformer,which are about 4 types listed below-

1. Spiral/Cylindrical type winding
